Bei Jing has been working as a bartender since the age of 17.
Although she was already familiar with mixing various alcohol, she struggled to create her own unique cocktail due to technical bottlenecks.
In her desperation to look for a breakthrough, she heard a rumour about a bar named “Cocktail Nights” that was hidden in an alley corner on the edge of the Kesula border.
It is said that the cocktails the owner makes are so unforgettable, that he won the highest award in the bartending industry, known as the "Master of Cocktails"!
It took a long time, but in the end, Bei Jing managed to find the bar in the rumours to learn the art of mixing cocktails!
Although the bar owner was very strict when accepting apprentices, through perseverance and hard work, Bei Jing completed all her assigned tasks within a limited time frame and successfully became an apprentice!
Flash forwards ten years later, Bei Jing’s bartending skills have become so impeccable that she won numerous awards for her own cocktail – “Kiss of an Angel”!
